Room lighting poorly designed for a longer stay!!! Heavy traffic noise disruptive to sleep!!! The restaurant shortages should be better communicated to guests!!! Consider requesting specific room locations for a quieter experience!!!

convenient location

inconsistent hot water

The hotel is a perfect base to explore the local mountains, and it's conveniently located near the bus station, making travel easy. I enjoyed a delightful lunch at a nearby restaurant that provided tasty local dishes.

Unfortunately, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, which made bathing quite a challenge.

The stay at Zima was exceptional, featuring beautifully appointed rooms in a lovely garden setting. The clean pool provided a refreshing escape after work, and the restaurant offered an excellent breakfast and dinner. The front desk staff were efficient, making check-in a breeze. Overall, a very comfortable experience conducive to relaxation.

Some external noise could be an issue depending on room location.

The spacious room felt super cozy, and the bathroom had a fantastic shower that made my mornings great. I loved unwinding at the sun terrace and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the beautiful pool. Just a heads up, the restaurant was closed on Sunday, so plan ahead if you want to dine in! 😊

well-kept grounds

Good for couples looking for a quiet stay

The grounds and the pool were nicely kept , so my partner and I really enjoyed hanging out there after a long day. The staff at reception were both friendly and efficient , making check-in a breeze which is crucial when you're tired.

It wasn’t cheap , but honestly, it was acceptable for a short stay.
